The Supreme Court informs that a public hearing to adopt a resolution on the validity of the nationwide referendum held on 15 October 2023 (case I NSWR 2262/23) has been scheduled for 7 December 2023 at 12:00 p.m. in the courtroom 'A'.
Persons interested in attending the hearing as an audience, including media representatives, are required to apply by e-mail sn@sn.pl or by telephone to the secretariat of the First Division of the Extraordinary Review and Public Affairs Chamber at 22 530 81 08 by 6 December 2023. An application must include the case number. The order of applications determines the issue of an admission card.
